Do attend your consultation
Provide full and accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, and any supplements you are currently taking.

Do stay hydrated
Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment to support circulation and nutrient absorption.

Do eat normally beforehand
Having a light meal before your injection can help prevent light-headedness.

 

Do maintain a good diet

To aid the injections a good diet should also be followed.

 

Do follow aftercare advice
Keep the injection site clean and avoid excessive touching or pressure for several hours.

 

Do monitor how you feel
Mild tenderness at the injection site is normal. Contact your practitioner if you experience unusual or persistent symptoms.

Failing to share relevant health information (such as pregnancy, medical conditions, or medications) may affect your suitability for treatment.

Don’t massage the injection site excessively
This can increase irritation or bruising.

Don’t consume excessive alcohol after treatment
Alcohol may reduce the effectiveness of certain vitamins and can increase dehydration.

Don’t expect instant results in all cases
Some benefits (such as hair or skin improvements) may take several weeks and multiple sessions.

Don’t ignore adverse reactions
If you experience severe pain, swelling, allergic reactions, or feel unwell, seek medical advice promptly.

When to Seek Medical Advice

  • Severe swelling or redness at the injection site

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Dizziness that does not resolve

  • Signs of an allergic reaction
